This is an excellent book. It helps us understand the underlying motivations of our actions so we can focus on making changes at the root of a behavioral problem instead of wasting our time with surface issues.

This book teaches the reader how to create lasting relationships with each other, by "unlearning" the wrong views of Love we have learned over the years through rejection, abandonment, abuse and conditional love, and focusing on God's unconditional love. You will learn, after completing the exercises throughout the book, what has influenced your personal view of love.
