This is the best and most helpful book an parental estrangement by adult children that I have ever read. Ms Wildey understand the subject very well, and the things she discusses in this book are extremely helpful in dealing with this heartbreaking, and unfortunately growing problem.

I really enjoyed this Book, I was feeling estranged from my Adult Married Son so I bought this Book, but this Book gave me more understanding about dealing with my own Elderly Mother, I totally felt a better understanding about how she must feel at 94yrs old, my Sister has refused to talk or see her again, so Sad.
