It is possible to view "Adventures of a Wimpy Werewolf" by Tim Collins as an allegory for those confusing teenage years when one begins to struggle to determine one's place in the world; for the angst-ridden time of life when the world seems simultaneously both simple and desperately confusing; for a journey of self-discovery and enlightenment through a period in life of disorienting change.Alternatively, one could view the book as an hilarious continuation of the tale begun in "[[ASIN:1843174588 Diary of a Wimpy Vampire: The Undead Have Feelings Too]]" and continued through "[[ASIN:B0050IPWPU Prince of Dorkness: Diary of a Wimpy Vampire]]", with the focus shifting from teenage wimpy vampire, Nigel Mullett, to the equally wimpy werewolf, Luke Thorpe, in a clever shift of allegiance across the vampire/lycanthrope divide and a masterful parody of the current 'supernatural being' genre.

I was looking for diary stories for my class and this and the Wimpy Vampire popped up on the library list. So I had to read them.

Fun and easy read.
